The Smart Instore platform is provided by PSfm B.V., located in Amstelveen, (hereinafter PSfm). PSfm provides services to its clients, for example to improve accessibility to products and services of its clients.
PSfm takes privacy very seriously and thus the handling of personal data and the protection of this data. In doing so, PSfm complies with applicable laws and regulations. This privacy statement states how we handle the personal data we obtain.

Accessibility of products and services for clients
If you wish to receive information about a product, receive a demonstration of a product or make an appointment for an online store visit, or order a product, we process the following data:
o Name and address details, e-mail address, telephone number;
o The information you provide, your question and the answer;
o Your order with our clients.
We use this information for the following purposes:
o Execution of an agreement with our clients;
o Conducting reports and analyzes;

PSfm wants the Smart Instore platform to be easy to use. For this we analyze the surfing behavior of the visitors and we can optimize and renew the platform.

PSfm shares personal data with its clients under the agreement that PSfm has concluded with you or its clients. PSfm engages third parties that process personal data on behalf of PSfm, such as hosting the website and IT systems. PSfm concludes processing agreements with all processors of personal data.
Store personal data
PSfm does not store the personal data longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed. PSfm uses the following retention periods for personal data:

If the basis is consent, we do not store your personal data longer than necessary for the purpose and we will delete your data after withdrawing consent.
View, modify or delete data
You have the right to submit a request and to receive information about whether or not PSfm processes your personal data. You can submit a request to view, correct or delete your personal data.

You also have the right, under certain circumstances, to request a restriction of data processing. or to object to the processing of your personal data by PSfm and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data that we have about you in a computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you.
To ensure that it concerns your personal data, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but within four weeks. If we cannot respond within this period, we will let you know.
